OCTOBER 29TH

MEMPHIS, WISEACRE BREWING, SYMPHONIC: FERMENTATION FAIR on Saturday, October 29th.  It is a ticketed event (the Taproom will be closed to the public) and they are limited.  If you love all things fermented:  beer (of course), chocolate, coffee, salami, cheese, kraut….you won’t want to miss it!  Hang out in the brewery, eat delicious fermented foods, be entertained by troupes from Memphis Symphony and Drinking and Writing and much more.
